This Refund Policy explains how subscription billing and refunds work for DKnownAI Guard. Payments are processed by dodopayments.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Plans and Billing

Free plan: $0/month, includes 1,000 API calls per month.
Pro plan: $1.99/month, includes 5,000 API calls per month.
First-month introductory price: $0.99 for eligible new Pro subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before renewal.

2. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date. Requests submitted after our 14-day refund window are not eligible, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are also subject to the processing rules and technical limits of our Merchant of Record provider.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 14 days of the initial transaction date.
Approved refunds are processed through dodopayments.com and returned to the original payment method used by the customer.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or customer portal. Depending on the available cancellation option, cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help quickly resolve it before filing a chargeback.
