DKnownAI provides an API for AI agent security classification. The Service analyzes text input and returns safety risk classifications. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of classification results for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share, expose, or embed API keys in client-side code. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or API keys.
We reserve the right to impose rate limits and usage quotas on the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CLASSIFICATION RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Service, including its software, models, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Beijing.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through dodopayments.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Free plan usage is limited to 1,000 API calls per month. Pro plan includes 5,000 API calls per month at $1.99/month, with a first-month introductory price of $0.99 for eligible new subscribers. For paid subscriptions, dodopayments.com handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts or invoices, fraud checks, chargebacks, order-related inquiries, and returns. DKnownAI Guard provides the software service and product access. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date, as described in our Refund Policy.
